Healthy Choice Institutionals
Two new cakes are now available in tray format. The Yogurt, Strawberries and Cranberries Cake and the Berries Yogurt Cake have no trans fats and no traces of nuts or peanuts. A positively healthy choice for uncompromising customers.
Celebrate Québec with Champlain
To mark the 400 th anniversary of the founding of Quebec City, Martin Dessert will be celebrating throughout 2008 with a luscious apple and maple cake offered in two sizes: the round Champlain Passion Cake and The Champlain trays. These new additions to our line-up were made possible through the collaboration of our suppliers Unilever, Dawn and Puratos.
