The new products of the season

The art of innovating

At Martin Dessert, our great eagerness to offer our customers “health-enhancing” products is behind our drive to innovate. We are pleased to announce that our production plant is now a peanut free establishment. This will be proudly attested to by a logo on each one of our products. In addition, many of our desserts are trans fat and sugar free, and have a low carbohydrate content.

Are you familiar with agave syrup?

Martin Dessert lets you rediscover its DUC D’ORLÉANS CAKE now sweetened with agave syrup. This syrup is a sugar substitute with interesting health properties. An agave is a Mexican cactus whose natural syrup is rich in fructose (90%). Its sweetening power is higher than that of refined sugar but it has a much lower glycemic index, which makes this dessert accessible to diabetics.

Four new items added to our menu

  Our Tout-en-grains Bread, a snacking bread that keeps for seven days at room temperature, is ideal for coffee shops and bistros.
  Our smooth cakes now include two new items: Tigré Cake and Smooth Carrot Cake.
  A fifth economical assorted dessert case has just been added to our popular collection.

Nutrition Facts available for every product

Concerned about its customer’s needs, Martin Dessert has included a Nutrition Facts Table for all desserts.

A table showing the percentage of Trans and Saturated Fats is also available.

We have been working hard to make your life a little easier. All our Trays are precut wich will save you time and avoid possible waste.
